Return Process

Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened spices in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
